We are in the final stages of the olive harvest. We have several hectares of olive trees, and every year we proceed with the harvest — except for that year when a hurricane with hailstones as big as golf balls destroyed everything. Since then, there were periods of low or no production, but the trees have since recovered and are producing properly again.
